A Look Back to the “Future”

In this reprint of Steve Halverson’s 1994 article, it is remarkable in hindsight to see how many of his predictions were on target for the construction industry. Halverson, likewise, was on point with the challenges he described in 1994. Such challenges are similar to those that the industry faces today, more than 20 years later. Based on his previous record, Halverson’s latest predictions are well worth close attention.
